Jon Sheppard and his Sights and Sounds team install top notch equipment and provide superior service. Jon is technically knowledgeable, proficient in Control4 programming and customer focused. His team is proficient in installation and easy to work with. The system they installed has been operational for 8 months and I am very pleased. I have been working with Jon and Sight’s & Sounds for years. They always get it done, great communication, comes quickly, fixes any mistakes and is able to provide labor and materials for not only lighting (cans), but also generators, security, sound, Lutron etc. Jon is very knowledgable and I love continuing to work with him. After talking with other home generator companies, I made my decision on Briggs & Stratton through Sights and Sounds Company for several reasons. 1. Salesman listened to what my needs and expectations of his services 2. Agreed with me as to the location of the unit. Whereas other companies were telling me they wouldn't place the unit there but would in the middle of the backyard. 3. Explained the construction of the unit and made in USA. 4. Went over warranty and maintenance services they could provide. 5. Sights and Sounds took care of getting necessary permits and worked with gas company through completion of the project. This project was a "TURN KEY" experience. Stress free on our part. I highly recommend Sights and Sounds Company if needing a whole home generator.
